Hi I'm Parvinder Shergill, an Express Builder, founder of Trust Bridge Consulting.  I serve as an influencer and leader. 

My journey to Human Design began with a personal exploration that revealed unconscious strengths, thus transforming my life and inspiring me to see the potential for Human Design to transform lives both personally and professionally. 

My diverse background in public accounting at KPMG, international business at Microsoft, and entrepreneurship has uniquely positioned me to introduce Human Design into corporate settings.  

Throughout my career, I've focused on enhancing processes, minimizing expenses, and fostering efficiency.  I strongly believe in the transformative power of Human Design, which has the potential to bring efficiency through fulfillment in the workplace and reduce costs by minimizing burnout, attract the right talent and reduce turnover.

I've learned that Human Design significantly impacts the workplace by providing a deep understanding of each individual's unique energetic blueprint. This knowledge allows organizations to align roles and responsibilities with employees' natural strengths and tendencies, fostering greater job satisfaction and productivity.
