Parvinder Dhardwar

MBA  ·  CPA  ·  Finance Executive & Consultant

I've spent over two decades inside finance functions — at companies ranging from Microsoft to high-growth startups to mid-market businesses navigating acquisitions, ERP implementations, and the quiet chaos that builds when structure doesn't keep pace with scale.

I've sat in the Controller's chair when the pressure was unmanageable. I've seen what happens when finance and IT don't speak the same language — and how five years of compounding errors can quietly reshape a company's financial reality. I've rebuilt departments that were drowning, resolved discrepancies that management had stopped believing could be fixed, and introduced planning functions where none existed.

What I know, from experience, not theory, is that most finance problems aren't people problems. They're design problems. Unclear ownership, broken workflows, systems that were never properly configured, and teams absorbing pressure that should have been caught upstream.

That's what I fix. Whether the mandate is an interim engagement to stabilize a finance function in crisis, a post-acquisition restructure, or building the operational infrastructure a growing company needs but doesn't yet have, I come in, diagnose what's actually broken, and build something that works.

Interim CFO-level leadership

Stepping in when a finance function needs senior direction while permanent structure is built.

Treasury & internal controls

Workflow & operating structure

Interim CFO-level leadership

Identifying fraud exposure, strengthening payment processes, and closing gaps that grow in high-growth environments.

The finance department is the most important function within any organization. Without a strong finance function, you cannot accurately price your product — because you will not fully understand your own cost structure.
