Hi I'm Parvinder Shergill, an Express Builder, founder of Trust Bridge Consulting.  My public role is an influencer/leader. 

My journey to Human Design began with a personal exploration that revealed unconscious strengths, thus transforming my life and inspiring me to see the potential for Human Design to transform lives both personally and professionally. 

My diverse background in public accounting at KPMG, international business at Microsoft, and entrepreneurship has uniquely positioned me to bring Human Design to the corporate world.  

Throughout my career, I've focused on enhancing processes, minimizing expenses, and fostering efficiency.  I strongly believe in the transformative power of Human Design, which has the potential to bring efficiency through fulfillment in the workplace and reduce costs by minimizing burnout, attract the right talent and reduce turnover.

I've learned that Human Design significantly impacts the workplace by providing a deep understanding of each individual's unique energetic blueprint. This knowledge allows organizations to align roles and responsibilities with employees' natural strengths and tendencies, fostering greater job satisfaction and productivity. 

By leveraging this knowledge, I empower individuals and organizations to thrive holistically, enhancing flow and balance in their jobs, relationships, and parenting endeavors. It's like unlocking your superpowers, enabling you to navigate life with greater clarity and purpose. 

Hi, I'm Kat Smith, an Initiator, and my public role is that of an influencer and leader. My journey with Human Design began five years ago through an experience that deeply changed how I understand and help people reach their full potential.

It transformed my life and revealed the power of Human Design to bring real alignment and productivity not only to individuals and families but especially to businesses.

With a background in business management, marketing, and branding, combined with my extensive experience in human perspective, diversity, and leadership, I am uniquely equipped to introduce Human Design to the world.

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to empowering individuals and groups. I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact Human Design can have, and I firmly believe that addressing burnout starts with supporting each employee and ultimately benefits the entire organization’s bottom line.

I’ve come to understand that Human Design plays a powerful role in the workplace by offering insight into each person’s unique energetic blueprint.
